Our Charges

Neighbour Mediation

Cases in the London Borough of Ealing are carried out free of charge for those who are owner occupiers, tenants of Ealing Council, tenants of housing associations which subscribe to our service or persons referred by the Police.

Cases in Harrow, Brent, Hillingdon and Hounslow are carried out free of charge if they are referred to us by one of the organisations/landlords which have an agreed subscription arrangement with us.

All other cases are charged at the rate of £550 per case.

Registered Social Landlordsand other referral agencies can subscribe to our service by paying on a case by case basis, or they can receive a reduced rate when subscribing for two or more cases per annum. They can refer cases for as little as £495 per case.

Details of our subscription rates are available on request. We are willing to work outside of Ealing borough in the neighbouring boroughs of Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon & Hounslow.

From 2010/11 we are working in partnership with CALM mediation and Camden mediation to offer a one stop shop style service to Registered Social Landlords so they can access mediation to several boroughs for one subscription rate across West, North West and North London boroughs through one arrangement. Workplace Mediation

An information pack is available on request.

Workplace mediations are charged by the hour and can be undertaken for less than £1000, which includes all admin and a full day mediation. Commercial mediators would charge three times this amount.

Peer Mediation

Our peer mediation programme consists of a meeting with the Head, PHSE or other nominated member(s) of staff; a staff meeting; whole school assembly; year group meeting and selection process; four days training, evaluation and termly supervision sessions.
Costs for a programme are currently £6500.
