Our Charges

Neighbour Mediation

Cases in the London Borough of Ealing are carried out free of charge for those who are owner occupiers, tenants of Ealing Council or tenants of housing associations which subscribe to our service or persons referred by the Police.

Cases in Harrow, Brent and Hounslow are carried out free of charge if they are referred to us by one of the organisations/landlords which have an existing contract with us.

All other cases 2007/8 are charged at the rate of £475 per case.

Housing Associations and other referral agencies can subscribe to our service from as little as £330 a case, minimum £660 per annum.

Workplace Mediation

An information pack is available on request.

Workplace mediations can be undertaken for around £1K, which includes all admin and a full day mediation. Commercial mediators would charge three times this amount.
